Fenix 6
Still on wrists everywhere, and still excellent: an all-MIP Fenix that runs for weeks and reads perfectly in the sun. Faces need a proper MIP palette to look right here, which is exactly what ours ship.
The display, per variant
The single most important fact about any Garmin for watch faces: what screen it has. MIP variants are always-on and sunlight-first with a limited palette; faces need dedicated MIP rendering to look right.
| Variant | Display | Resolution | Character |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6S (42 mm) | MIP | 240 × 240 | transflective MIP |
| 6 (47 mm) | MIP | 260 × 260 | transflective MIP |
| 6X (51 mm) | MIP | 280 × 280 | transflective MIP |
